If you will be absent from a track meet it is very important that you alert the coaching stuff by submitting your absence online. It will alert us on the lineup that you will be gone.
From the top menu go to GENERAL INFORMATION > ATTENDANCE POLICY > SUBMIT ABSENCE.
THERE IS PRACTICE ON FRIDAY! If you had an older copy of the schedule it showed there was no practice but that event was not confirmed so it was removed from our schedule.
Please make sure you check the eligibility lists online to make sure you have everything turned in. Lists have been double checked to make sure they are accurate. DO NOT ASSUME YOU ARE ELIGIBLE UNLESS YOU SEE YOUR NAME ON THE ELIGIBLE LIST.
If the list says Missing/Expired for physicals but you turned one in, please have your doctor’s office fax the Athletic Department another copy.

WEATHER: Its getting cold so be dressed and ready to run outside. NO SHORTS OUTSIDE!
ELIGIBILITY: The deadline to turn in your forms was Monday. Please check your eligibility online ASAP to make sure you have everything turned in. The OFFICIAL team roster for all eligible athletes will be posted on Friday as our team roster will be submitted to the Minnesota State High School League. Please make sure you are on that list if you are to be on East Track for this year.
UNIFORMS: Everyone who is eligible and have paid for a uniform will be able to pick up their uniform after Wednesday.
CLOTHING ORDERS: Tuesday is the last day to turn in clothing orders to your captains.
Everyone who has registered online is now entered into the system. Please check your eligibility status by going HERE.
Please turn in anything that you are missing ASAP.
If you missed the Athlete and Parent Meeting be sure to attend the first practice on March 9th to get the materials you need for the season. Be dressed and ready to run outside!
