PRACTICE / TEAM PICTURES – WEDNESDAY MARCH 18

East Track Pictures are TODAY at East.  Bring your competition uniform as that is what everyone in the picture will be wearing, DON’T FORGET YOURS!  Individual Pictures will be taken AFTER the team pictures.  Picture Packet Order forms will be available Monday- April 16th, pick them up at practice!

Here is a copy of the order form, Bring a check for $18.33 to Jack Rendulich Photography if you want pictures and don’t yet have an order form.

PRACTICE – Due to everyone working hard at the  meet yesterday and the big meet tomorrow, use this as a day of rest and getting ready for the meet tomorrow.  Individuals will be taking pictures until the very end of practice so coaches will be busy figuring out the lineup and talking with everyone and figuring out Thursday’s Meet Lineup.

Hermantown Meet Results POSTED – Missing Times/Distances

The Hermantown results have been entered.  However, not many people reported their time/distance and we only got the results of people who scored points in the meet.  If you remember your time, please e-mail Coach Kinsey and he will enter it in.  There are unclaimed points too so make sure you check out the relays as I’m not sure who ended up running in those.

Proctor Meet Results are now posted.  If you do not have a time/distance shown, please let Coach Kinsey know and he will update the results.  Remember to always report your time/distance to the team managers after your event as thats the only way how we get your times/distances.

Since times were handheld, all times were rounded up from the results sheet.  Points were shared between gender and number of competitors.  This was a unique meet so if you have questions about how it was scored, please talk to a coach.

Hermantown meet results are pending.  If you know you did not place and score points, please e-mail Coach Kinsey nathan.kinsey@duluth.k12.mn.us. so he can enter your time/distance into the system.

Proctor senior Romeo Benish cruised to victory in the 800 and 1,600, while Duluth East’s Sean Zakrajsek won the 100 and 400-meter events.

East’s Lauren Elwell swept the girls’ sprints and Proctor’s Micayla Westendorf and Hermantown’s Ashley Michaelson each won two events as well.
