The coaching staff would like to thank everyone for a great season! We saw a lot of personal records this year and everyone did an awesome job. If you do not make the section team, please check the website for updated information about the banquet any any other events.
BUS DEPARTS EAST AT 7:00 AM instead of 8am both Wednesday and Saturday.

Take a look at the Section Lineup on the management site to see the Section Team. 3 individuals and 1 relay team will be entered. Final lineup will be submitted Sunday Night. IF YOU CANNOT GO TO SECTIONS AND ARE ON THE LINEUP, PLEASE LET THE COACHES KNOW. If we put you into an event, we can only take you out after the deadline and we cannot add in anyone else.

As a teammate, please watch how the Captain Cadidates conduct themselves at practices and meets. Talk to these teammates and let them know what you would like to see for next year as they are the ones that will help make it happen such as team sweathshirts, social events, event planning, picnic, etc. If you feel they are deserving of being a captain to lead your team, vote for them on Friday. They will be intruducing themselves and telling the team why they would make a great East Track Captain, in under 45 seconds on Friday to help you make your decision.
