Hermantown Meet AT EAST

The Hermantown Meet is being held AT EAST on 4/22/14.  You are dismissed from class at 2:45.  Please be on the track warming up and getting your field event marks ready ASAP.  Please make camp on the infield.

Lineups are posted.  If you want to try something new, this is a meet you can do that.  I will leave the meet open for online entries until about 11am.  After that, you can see a coach about entering an event.  Please remember you can have a max of 4 events:  3 running, 1 field OR 3 field and 1 running, OR 2 running and 2 field.  Try to be in at least 2 events.

Sticker system will be used so write your NAME and SCHOOL on the stickers provided at the Track Kit at camp.  If your sticker is taken, get a new sticker to replace it.  Field events do not need stickers and only the last person on relays.

Cambridge 4/17 Meet POSTPONED and Proctor Meet 4/22 Cancelled

Cambridge’s Meet on Thursday 4/17 is postponed due to weather.  A reschedule date is in the works.  There will be normal practice.

Proctor’s Meet on Tuesday 4/22 is cancelled and we are finding an alternative meet for that day.  If there is no meet, there is normal practice.

 

Tuesday Meet Cancelled and Thursday Meet Info for Cambridge

UPDATED MONDAY 8:45AM:

The track meet on Tuesday has been  CANCELLED.  There will be normal practice.

Thursday’s meet in Cambridge is limited to 3 per event and 1 relay so Coaches will create and post the lineup by practice on Wednesday.  Remember, coaches create the best lineup for the team and use a lot of criteria in their decisions.  If you cannot be at this meet, submit your absence online ASAP.

Spring Break Practice

Spring Break Track Practice is from 8am to 10am Monday-Thrusday.

Even if you are at some tropical paradise this spring break please remember to get out and do something to stay in shape.  Please refer to the instructions from your coaches HERE.  Enjoy your break and be ready to go when you return!
