We have added a new track meet to the schedule. It is an open meet at Proctor on Tuesday 4/26/16.
True Team (Cambridge) and Old River (Grand Rapids) meets have adjusted dismissal and bus departures times. Please update your schedule accordingly.
Hermantown Meet 4/19/16
Lineups have been finalized with a few things being addressed at the meet for relays. This is a STICKER meet so be sure to grab a sticker at camp and clearly write your first and last name and East on the sticker. If your sticker gets taken then get a new sticker to replace it. Relays just need 1 sticker on the last person with all 4 last names on it. No stickers for field events. This is a local meet so transportation is your responsibility, however, we have provided a courtesy bus that will leave Ordean-East promptly at 2:15pm and East at 2:30pm.

Hermantown Meet 4/19/16 Signups
Open Meet Lineup Registration is now open for the Hermantown Meet on 4/19. Relays will be determined by your coaches so if you are interested in running in a relay, please let them know at practice. You can sign up at practice for events or you can do it online by clicking HERE. This is an unlimited entry meet and there are only 2 more meets after this one where everyone can attend so please make use of this opportunity.
Parent Workers Needed for Hermantown Meet
PARENTS: We are looking for 6 parent volunteers to help out with the Long/Triple Jump at the Hermantown Track Meet on Tuesday, 4/19/16. Duluth East is running those events so we need 2 people to rake and 4 to measure the jumps. The lines can get pretty long so the the more people we have the faster we can go. With 6 people we can alternate breaks so you can watch your kid’s events. Please e-mail nathan.kinsey@isd709.org if you can volunteer. Thanks!
