ATHLETES: After practice on Friday, April 19, come to the Mezz for a Track and Field Ice Cream Social.
Seniors and Juniors: Each bring 1 gallon ice creme
Sophomores, Freshman, 7th and 8th: Each bring 1 topping
Host Meet Volunteers Needed
We are in need of volunteers for our Duluth East Invitational Track Meet on Friday, April 26, 2019 that starts at 4 pm. We mostly need help running the field events, such as raking the sand after each jump, measuring the distances of jumps or throws, or putting the high jump/pole vault bars back up.
We are also having a concession stand and need volunteers to help run that.

Hermantown Meet on Tuesday 4/16/19 CANCELED
The Hermantown Meet has been CANCELED for Tuesday 4/16/19. There will be normal practice.
