Check Eligibility – Everything due by Monday 3/19/18

Once you sign up for Track you appear on the Eligibility Lists.  Click on the “Team Management” tab above and choose “Check Eligibility” to find out your status of what we currently have on file.  If you don’t see your name, make sure you sign up at practice.  Your name will appear in GREEN on that list when you are ready to go and can be entered into the meets.

NOTE:  We have not processed any of the $35 Assessment Fee checks yet.

First Day of Practice – 3/12/18

Since we had a low turn-out for the Track Info Meeting last week due to Hockey, please make sure you are at Monday’s practice.  Please be dressed and ready to run inside or outside.

2018 Track Pre-Season Sign Up Form

The State Hockey Tournament game for Duluth East is on the same day as our Athlete/Parent Information Meeting.  We are expecting to have low attendance for our meeting so if you are unable to attend the meeting on Thursday night we ask that you sign up online to help speed the process up. This form will be available until 3/11/18 and after that anyone can sign up at practice.  You can submit this form even if you are attending the meeting as it will just help get the office a list of names prior to the first day of practice.

Sign-up/Information Meeting for Athletes and Parents

The 2018 Track and Field Sign Up Meeting is on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 5pm in the Gym.  This meeting is for ATHLETES and PARENTS.  Signing up at this meeting will allow staff to get your name on the roster and check eligibility requirements prior to the first day of practice.

NOTE:  East is attending the Hockey State Tournament the same day as our meeting but there are no other dates available at this time.  If you cannot make the meeting, please be sure to check this website for what do to and that all athletes attend the first day of practice on Monday, March 12, 2018.  Good Luck Greyhound Hockey!
