Spring Break practice is from 9-11AM at East. Reminder, if you will be gone during spring break, please let the managers know at practice this week as it will help us with the lineup for the Packy Paquette. If you are going out of town, enjoy the time off! Try to get some kind of a workout in to help keep the momentum going.

Packy Paquette Meet at UWS-Indoor
Our next meet is the Packy Paquette on Friday, April 6th. This is a big meet with 12 teams so we have a 3 per event entry limit. If you will be unable to attend this meet during spring break, please make sure you submit your absence online or tell the managers at practice.
CSS Indoor Meet
The lineup is posted online for Friday’s meet at the College of St. Scholastica. Only those eligible are be entered into the meet and everyone was hopefully able to be entered into the events they wanted. Be sure to find the East Camp when you arrive and check in with the Managers as they will give you your competitor number that you will write on your hand. Good luck and enjoy the first meet of the season!
Uniform Distribution Tuesday-Wednesday
Uniform Distribution is Today and Wednesday at practice. Bring a $25 check payable to “East Track” and you can pick one up. As a reminder, solid black shorts are required for meets but can be purchased at a store of your choosing. They must not extend past the knee and not have any large logos.
CSS Indoor Meet – Friday 3/23/18
Our first track meet is this Friday, March 23, at CSS’s. Everyone who is eligible by Thursday’s practice has made the team and can attend meets, including this first one. Athletes should talk with their coach at practice about what events they will be in. The meet lineup is available on our website HERE, or go to the Team Management tab and then choose Meet Lineup/Results. Only those entered into the meet will be excused early from school. As a reminder, 7th and 8th graders must be excused by their parent/guardian. There is no transportation provided so please make travel arrangements. Spectators are welcome to attend and there is a $5 admission.
