Registration is now open for the Hermantown Quad on 4/23/17. Please sign up for your individual events online. If you want to run in any relays, please talk to your coach. This is the last regular season meet so make the best out of this opportunity. If you are in a 4th or 5th spot for making the top 3 or a relay, this is the last chance to put down a time to be considered.
After Wednesday, only those in the Section meet will be at practice.
Due to the expected weather on Saturday in St. Francis, the meet has been cancelled.
Captain Applications can now be submitted by clicking HERE. You will need to be logged into your school email. Make sure it says “You are logged in as <Your Email>” before you complete the application or else you will need to sign out and then sign back in as you. These are DUE ASAP. Team voting is Friday and captain speeches will be this week!
Those entered into the True Team Meet are excused at Noon today. The bus will leave at 12:15pm. It will be a late night as we will return around 12:30am.
The lineups for the Esko meet on Saturday are now posted. We may have some minor changes. Remember, if you are unable to attend the meet and are on the lineup make sure you let your coach know so you are not entered into the meet. It would be unfortunate to have to miss Prom and attend a track meet because you didn’t plan accordingly.
All events will start at 10:00am and will be on a rolling schedule. We expect to be done by 3:30pm.
