The 2016 Track and Field Season is almost here! If you are interested in participating in Track and Field please attend the Signup/Athlete and Parent Team Meeting at East High School on Thursday, March 10th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the East Auditorium.

- Dr. James Deegan, Doctor of Podiatry Medicine, will talk about the importance of having proper shoes and what to look for when choosing them.
