We are having 2 meets today so please check the lineup for the meet you are in.  We will be short on coaches today so please pay attention to what is going on, plan ahead, and be safe!

Open Meet Registration has closed for the Denfeld meet.  If you still want to sign up, please e-mail nathan.kinsey@isd709.org and your name and events will get added.  The meet starts at 4:15pm.  There is NO BUS.

The Grand Rapids bus leaves at 12:30pm from East.  Please have your travel release forms completed PRIOR to getting on the bus.
