Due to having two unlimited entry meets getting cancelled last week we were very graciously able to join Denfeld’s meet on Tuesday for those not entered into the limited entry Old River meet at Grand Rapids for that same day.  This meet will allow anyone who was not in the top 4-5 of their event to participate in a meet to try and better their times/distances.

Open Meet Registration (<–click there to go directly to page ) is now open so please go online and enter yourself into the events you want to compete in at Denfeld.  There will only be 2 East coaches at Denfeld’s meet with working assignments so its very important to listen to instructions during practice on Monday.  There will be NO BUS to Denfeld so you will need to provide your own transportation.  You will be dismissed at 2:45pm.

This is a great opportunity so please make the best of it as the next open meet is not until May 19th at Hermantown.
