Thursday is Picture Day.  BRING YOUR UNIFORM!  If you would like to order pictures and have not picked up a picture envelope/form please bring a check for $20.00 made out to “Jack Rendulich Photography” and you can fill out the form and enclose the check.  Pictures will include display mat with a 5×7 team photo with a 4×5 individual photo that fits in a 8×10 frame.

Friday is Track Clean Up Day.  Gloves and trash bags will be provided.  The team will be helping to clean up the grounds around East High School.

Saturday is the Saint Francis Invite.  The bus leaves at 6:30am.   We should arrive back around 7-8pm.

Tuesday is the Hermantown Quad, the last track meet before sections.  For some of you, this will be the end of your season so please make the most of it and do your best at the meet.

Wednesday is Team Voting for next year so be sure to attend.  Awards Banquet information will be coming soon…

After Thursday, only the Section Team will be practicing and perfecting their starts, hand-offs, strategies, etc up until the section meet.  If you make the Section Team, please make sure you make decisions that will not affect your performance at Sections.  Your times/distances should be peaking at Sections and hopefully into State as this is where our training program should have put you.  Doing MORE than what we have instructed you to do is NOT going to be beneficial. No Extra Runs, No Extra Weigh Training, No Skydiving, No Hard Practices.  Be Safe and Good Luck!
