Entries are due Saturday for the Grand Rapids Old River Meet on Tuesday, April 29th. If you are UNABLE TO ATTEND that meet, please submit your absence online so we do not enter you into an event as we cannot change it the day of the meet. The meet is limited to 3 per event and 1 relay. Seed times are required so you will be listed in the meet program with your assigned heat/lane. Awards and team trophies will be given. 1/8″ spikes ONLY.

Friday’s Meet
Friday’s Meet is at East! Athletes can sign up for this open meet online under the Team Management tab. If you will be gone on Friday, please submit your absence online so we don’t enter you into an event. Remember, coaches MAY enter you into events so be sure to check the final lineup even if you only signed up for 1 event.
