SUMMER IST (Impact Sports Training)
If you wish to start or continue your strength training during the summer, please check out the optional Summer IST sessions available. Bring the Check and the parent-signed Waiver Form to the first session. If you need the waiver form, e-mail Coach Kinsey.

Goals:
1. Injury Prevention by strengthening muscle, tendon, ligament and bone
2. Increase Strength, Speed and Power production
3. Train and develop specific Energy Systems via metabolic conditioning
4. Enhance lean body mass
