ATHLETES/PARENTS/FRIENDS: Arrive at 5:30 PM to attend this event and help represent East Track and Cross Country.
Friday’s meet at Cambridge has been rescheduled for next Thursday, 4/25/13.
Tuesday’s meet at Proctor has been cancelled for 4/23/13
Duluth Schools are closed Monday due to the weather and so are all activities so there is NO PRACTICE Monday.
Tuesday’s Hermantown Meet is CANCELLED. Practice at East, normal time.
Spring Break Practgice is at 9am at East with Coach Wicker and Coach Teresi. There is no special practice for Shot/Discus. Coach Visina will have practice for the jumpers at 4:15 pm unless it is raining/snowing.
