Lineup is Posted!  NO CHANGES ALLOWED – ONLY SCRATCHES!  Heat Sheets will be provided and you will be assigned heats/lanes and flights for Field Events.  You will also be listed in the Meet Program that you can get at the Meet, if available.  They do charge admission so be sure to let your parents know if they plan to attend.

TRAVEL RELEASE FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT IN 48 HOURS ADVANCE!  You cannot leave with your parents just because they show up, it has to be a legit reason with a release of liability form signed by Athletic Director.
