Practice is 5-days a week unless specified by your coach.  Some people were absent from practice on Picture Day and that is unfortunate as we don’t have a full representation of the team.  13 Boys (29%) and 15 Girls (24%) were not checked off on the attendance sheet today and are missing, that is about 1/4 of our team.  Where are you?  Why are you not here?  Are you alive and okay?  Get to track practice!

If you are unable to be at a future meet or practice, please mark it on the attendance sheet so coaches know.  If the absence is excused ahead of time or is excused by your parents or a teacher it doesn’t count against you.  If you need to report an absence, go to GENERAL INFORMATION > ATTENDANCE POLICY > SUBMIT ABSENCE and tell us why and on what days.  You can also tell the coaches at practice and we can mark it down then.

East Track Pictures are TODAY at East.  Bring your competition uniform as that is what everyone in the picture will be wearing, DON’T FORGET YOURS!  Individual Pictures will be taken AFTER the team pictures.  Picture Packet Order forms will be available Monday- April 16th, pick them up at practice!

PRACTICE – Due to everyone working hard at the  meet yesterday and the big meet tomorrow, use this as a day of rest and getting ready for the meet tomorrow.  Individuals will be taking pictures until the very end of practice so coaches will be busy figuring out the lineup and talking with everyone and figuring out Thursday’s Meet Lineup.

Proctor Meet Results are now posted.  If you do not have a time/distance shown, please let Coach Kinsey know and he will update the results.  Remember to always report your time/distance to the team managers after your event as thats the only way how we get your times/distances.
