Coaches have worked hard trying to figure out our team’s Section Lineup which is now POSTED ONLINE.  If you are on the lineup and CANNOT ATTEND please make sure you let us know ASAP.  Entries are DUE on Monday so we will NOT see anyone again until after the deadline has passed.  We cannot change the lineup once it is submitted as set by the MSHSL.

May 3rd is our tentative date for the Athlete Team Banquet.  We are leaning towards bowling as our social event to have fun and reflect upon the season.

Hermantown Results – PLEASE REPORT YOUR TIME/DISTANCES.   Field Events are missing the most results.  If you remember your time/distance and it is not showing in the results, please let us know and we’ll put it in.

HERMANTOWN MEET IS THURSDAY 5/23/13.   Dismissal at 2:30 PM.  ONE (1) bus will leave East to Hermantown at 2:45pm.  Please provide your own transporation if available.

OPEN MEET REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED – Coaches will now make adjustments to the lineup and setup relays.

TEAM VOTING IS ON WEDNESDAY!   MUST BE PRESENT TO VOTE!

If you have not voted, Coach Kinsey will have voting forms available at Hermantown Meet which is the final day to submit a ballot.

No Official Practice Friday 5/17/13 due to early release.  Some coaches are having optional practice and they may have already informed you of that.

East-Denfeld Dual Meet Results are now entered online.  Both Girls and Boys won the meet so we remain undefeated at Home.  Track Facility Records will be updated soon.

Lineup for St. Francis on Saturday is FINAL and has been submitted.  We leave at 6:45am SHARP so DO NOT BE LATE!

Hermantown’s Meet on Tuesday is the last open meet of the year and also the last meet of the year before Sections.  This may be the last meet for many of you so please make the best of it and enjoy it.  If you are still fighting for a spot in a relay or the section team, then that is the last meet to help earn a spot at Sections.  Athletes can use the OPEN MEET LINEUP REGISTRATION page to sign up for events.  Please be aware that your coaches may ADD events to that meet that you did not sign up for.

Captain Applications are now being accepted.  If you want to be on the ballot to become a 2014 Track Captain, you need to submit your application ASAP.  The deadline is Monday!

Team Voting – Start thinking now about who you think is Most Dedicated, Most Valuable, and Rookie of the Year.  We will be voting next Wednesday 5/22/13 on those items along with Captains so be sure you start thinking who deserves those awards.

Athleltes: Open Meet Registration  is now OPEN for the Denfeld/East Dual on Thursday with Hermantown to follow on Friday.  This will allow you to enter yourself into events.  You can only ADD your entry so make sure you know exactly what you adding yourself to before you do it.  Coaches may also add you into an event so please look closely at what you are in.
